We have our own tooling factory and we have a group of professional tool designer who can guarantee you our tooling is qualified. And our more than 100 workers can make sure your products be delivered on time.If you are ok with our existing products, please let us know, we can start the production without charging you the tooling fee, and if you wanna us to produce your customized products, please kindly send us your drawings ,samples or even your desciptions.

 

Since we have the existing Tool for this sized and shaped products,so if you wanna change the rubber material and the durometer, it is feasible and easy to be done.

 

New Clients’ Developing and Maintaining Procedure :

 

 1. You can send us the professional drawings like igs, stp, and other 3D formatted files, then we can take your drawing to the tooling factory and start the tool building immediately. But If you only have a draft, we can design the products for you and we will confirm with you about all the sizes related, and after your confirmation, we will take the 3D drawings we designed to the tooling factory. And if you only have samples, you can send us the samples and we will design the 3D drawing for you and make sure the products exactly the same as your samples.

2. after the tool building, you can require us send you the samples(By DHL FEDEX UPS OR TNT)

3. Client confirm the samples, and we can make a deal and sign the Sales Confirmation bilaterally.

4. We start the production after the clients paid us the money for the products.

5. We finish the production and make sure the packages are conformed to your requests.

6. The products shipping out and clients get the packages.

 

 

Tool Building Notification:

 

Dear friend, not every factory which has its own tooling factory can not guarantee to make the perfect products without revise the tool. So if your project is in a rush, please let us know, and you can pay us the money by paypal. We will start the tool building immediately to save you the time as long as possible.

 

 

Normally the rubber tool will cost 15 days to finish and plastic tool will take 30 days to get acccomplished. So please make the right agenda  for your project according to the tool building duration.
